We believe in helping our customers maintain a clean and safe environment by providing commercial kitchen grease exhaust cleaning and a full detail cleaning of your entire kitchen.

The Founder, Sam Fazio, started out working in restaurants and saw a need for properly cleaning the grease exhaust systems. He has since retired and the business is now run by his daughter, Gina Taverna , her husband, David Taverna and their children, Mason Taverna & Marisa Jordan 

The company now is NOLA Steam Cleaning dba Sam Fazio’s Steam Cleaning.

 

 

Our customers range from restaurants, nursing homes, hotels, hospitals, churches, schools, universities, bars, convenience stores, military bases, truck stops: any place that cooks food commercially. Your type of cooking will determine how often you need a cleaning.  For example, if your have a char broiler, several deep fryers, or you may be a 24 hour  business you will need to clean your system more regularly than an average restaurant.  Some of our customers get monthly cleanings, bi-monthly, quarterly, 6 months, and yearly depending  on your type of cooking and volume of business.

We are fully insured and offer certificates to all of our customers. Having your hood cleaned on a regular basis by a professional company can lower your insurance cost. We can provide you the proof you need for your insurance company to show that you are taking the necessary precautions against a grease fire .
